摘　　要：外包在图书馆领域应用存在的问题,使得图书馆人进行了深层次思考,文章从外包变化的根源出发,分析了图书馆内包的适用条件,包括核心业务、人力资源、技术与设备、信息资源等,并对图书馆内包的评价与监督进行了一定的探讨。The problems of outsourcing existing in the library field applications make the library have a deep thought on them.From the root of the change of the outsourcing,the article analyzes the applicable conditions of the library insourcing,including core business,human resources,technology and equipment,information resources,etc,and discusses evaluation and supervision of library insourcing.
