摘　　要：图书馆在馆藏资源建设中面临多重危机,图书馆应在馆藏采购工作中增强危机意识。文章将长尾理论应用到图书馆采访工作流程中,结合平衡计分卡法对采访工作流程再造进行分析,从经济性与适用性、内部流程、用户、学习与成长角度结合相关指标进行了分析。Library should improve the sense of crisis in the collection acquisition because it＇s facing multiple crises in the collection construction.This paper makes use of the long tail theory in the process of the acquisition and combines the balanced scorecard to analyze the reengineering process.From the aspects of economics and applicability,inner work process,user learning and growing parts,the author analyzes the related targets in order to exanimate the degree of implementation.
