摘　　要：文章分析了新形势下国土资源应用系统建设需求,阐述了目前SOA标准化与应用现状,提出了基于SOA的国土资源应用系统技术参考架构,给出了SOA在国土资源信息化建设中的典型应用场景,总结了采用SOA的效益及实施策略。This paper analyzes the necessity of the implementation of the application system of land resources under the new situation, and describes the current standardization of SOA and its applications by providing a reference model using SOA as an application structure of the technical system. It also provides a typical scenario with regard to SOA applied to the construction of the computerization of land and resources, summarizing the implementation of the strategy and the advantages of using SOA.
