摘　　要：目的了解女性绝经后性功能和性活动状况及影响因素,以便更深入地研究女性绝经后的性问题,提高其身心健康水平和生活质量。方法采用问卷方式对680名绝经后女性的性功能、性观念和性活动状况及其影响因素进行调查。结果 80%以上的人有性生活,但频率减少,性功能下降,满意度降低。有70.1%的人以其他方式来满足性要求。性生活的配合度增高,性生活和谐与否对夫妻感情的影响度降低。结论多数老年人仍有正常的性要求,只是表达方式不同。性功能的改变除生理和男方的因素外,还有观念和认识问题。Objective To understand sexual functions and sexual activity status of post-menopausal women and the influencing factors, in order to explore post-menopause women＇s sexual problems further, and finally to improve their psychological and physical health. Methods Questionnaire survey method was used in this study, and 680 post- menopause women finished the questionnaire of sexual function, sexual attitudes, sexual activity status and influencing factors. Results Over 80% women still have sexual activities, but with a lower frequency, sexual function and sexual satisfaction. About 70.1% women met their sexual needs through other ways. Sexual life calls for more cooperation between husbands and wives, and sexual activity quality is not significantly related to harmonious family life of elderly. Conclusion After menopause most people still need sexual life, yet they tend to express it in different ways. Changes in elderly sexual functions are not only due to physical conditions and male factors, but also the concept and cognition factors.
