乌骨藤提取物抑制裸小鼠胃癌模型肿瘤生长的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察乌骨藤提取物对人胃癌细胞MKN45裸鼠模型肿瘤的抑制作用。方法采用人胃癌细胞MKN45实体瘤接种方法建立裸鼠胃癌模型,用乌骨藤水提取物和乌骨藤水提醇沉物灌胃0.5 mL/只,每日1次,连续30天。每周连续测量体质量和肿瘤大小2次,最后一次给药后3周处死小鼠,解剖称其肿瘤质量,计算抑瘤率,观察乌骨藤水提取物和乌骨藤水提醇沉物对荷瘤的抑制作用。结果乌骨藤水提取物和乌骨藤水提醇沉物对裸鼠荷瘤均有明显的抑制作用。结论乌骨藤水提取物和乌骨藤水提醇沉物有抑制人胃癌细胞MKN45肿瘤生长的功效。Objective To observe the effect of the extractive of glaucescent fissistigma root on MKN45 tumor in nude mice. Method Nude mice tumor model was established with MKN45 cells, and the mice were treated with water and alcohol extractive of glaucescent fissistigma for 30 days, 0.5 mL each per day. Body weight and the size of tumor were measured twice a week, three weeks later of last treated. Result The growth of tumor in both groups was inhibited obviously. Conclusion The extractive of glaucescent fissistigma root can obviously inhibit the growth of MKN45 tumor.
