摘 要:母体妊娠期间胎儿细胞通过胎盘进入母体形成胎源微嵌合,在母体中以这种特殊状态存在的胎源物质一直备受关注,这也引发了一场关于胎源微嵌合对母体健康利弊的讨论。本文拟从胎源微嵌合的分布、存在形式、动力学变化及其对母体的影响和临床应用等方面做一综述。Fetal cells accessed to the maternal circulation through the placenta so that formed the fetal microchimerism. Fetal materials in maternal body existed as fetal microchimerism which have been highly concerned. A discussion of fetal microchimerism considering benefits and risks on maternal health were open up. So that related topics on fetal microchimerism were reviewed in this article which include the following main aspects: distribution characteristics, existing forms, dynamics, effect of maternal health and clinical application.
