摘　　要：对现代注塑模的三维设计过程与传统设计过程进行对比,总结了注塑模具设计计算在三维CAD技术中的实现方法,并探讨了注塑模设计中三维技术的难点"分型"。对实际注塑模设计工作具有一定的指导意义。The modern three-dimensional mold design process and the traditional design process were compared; the implementation method of calculation for mold design in three-dimensional CAD technology was summarized; and the difficult points of mold parting in three-dimensional technology for injection mold design were discussed. It has certain guiding significance for design of the actual injection mold.
