摘　　要：本文分别从肝在中医学中的含义、功能出发，探讨肝在糖尿病（diabetesrnellitus，DM）发病中的重要作用，结合辨证论治及具体病案，强调DM“从肝论治”的重要性，突出其在临床治疗中的作用，为完善DM脏腑辨证体系提供参考。Depending on the meaning and function of the liver in traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine, this paper explores the important role of liver in the pathogenesis of DM （Diabetes Mellitus, DM）. Combined with treatment based on syndrome differentiation and specific case report study, this paper has stressed the importance of treating DM from liver and so to set a sound basis for the systemic treatment based on syndrome differentiation from internal organs for DM.
