短轴距轻便型修井机的问世及发展方向

摘　　要：针对国内修井作业设备使用现状,为了提高修井设备的作业效率与适用范围,提升整机的作业安全性及改善设备操作人员的工作环境,一种短轴距轻便型修井机问世,极大地提高了修井机在狭窄地区作业的灵活性和机动性。今后小型修井机的发展方向是:向轻便灵活性发展,向舒适性发展,向提高可靠性和先进性发展,向提高井口机具自动化水平等方向发展。In allusion to the situation of the application of workover rigs in China,to raise the efficiency of the workover rig and their adaptability,and improve the safety of its operations and working conditions of the operators,a portable and short wheel-base workover rig was developed,it greatly raised their flexibility and motivation capacity in narrow operation area.The development tendency in the future is that it develops to a portable and suitable direction with high reliability and advancement and high automation of wellhead mechanics and equipment.
