摘  要:红浅1井区红一6下侏罗统八道湾组(J1b)稠油油藏位于准噶尔盆地西北缘红山嘴油田西北部,平均地面海拔340m,中深540m。共有生产井114口,由于注采参数不合理和设备损坏、就位不及时等问题,目前仅开井12口,汽窜出砂严重,影响了油井的生产效果。针对该油藏逐步进入蒸汽吞吐的高轮次阶段,油井含水高,产能低,开采难度加大,产量递减加快,开发效益下降等现状,为了改善油藏整体开发效果,首先利用生产动态资料并结合地质研究成果,分析了影响吞吐效果的地质开发因素及其规律,结果表明,有效厚度和渗透率是影响产量的关键因素,采注比低严重制约了油井吞吐效果;选择该油藏代表性井组,利用正交设计和数值模拟方法对其进行开发调整方案设计与指标预测。研究表明,该油藏蒸汽吞吐生产后转间歇蒸汽驱可以明显改善开发效果。Heavy oil reservoir of Badaowan Formation in Hongyi 6 Area of Wellblock Hongqian-1 was located in the northwest of Hongshanzui Oilfield which was in the northwestern margin of Junggar Basin.Average ground level was 340 m,and mid-depth was 540 m.There were 114 production wells.Because of the problems such as unreasonable injection-production parameters and damage of the equipment and not timely installation,currently there were only 12 wells opened with serious steam channeling and sand production,which affected the oil production effect.In consideration of the situations of the reservoir gradually entering into the stage of high steam injection,high water-cut,low productivity,difficult production,rapid production decrease and low oil development profits,to improve development effect of the whole reservoir,production dynamic data were first used in combination with geologic research results.The result shows that the influence of geological development and effect factors and rules.Results show that the effective thickness and permeability are the key factors affecting the oil production,low injection-production ratio seriously restricts the steam soaking effect of oil well;representative well groups of the reservoir are chosen to carry on the development adjustment scheme design and index prediction with orthogonal design and numerical simulation method.The Research result shows that at the late stage of huff and puff production,intermittent steam flooding can significantly improve oil development effect.
