摘　　要：新世纪图书馆的工作获得了新的发展，但是在当今市场经济下，图书馆怎样才能更好的抓住社会效益、经济效益，改变因图书馆经费短缺、职能萎缩、人才危机等多种不利因素。本文通过笔者对于图书馆工作的认知提出了以下几点建议。The new century library work has a new development, but in today＇s market economy,But in today＇s market economy, the library how to better seize the social benefit and economic benefit.Change for the library funds shortage, function atrophy, talent crisis and so on the many kinds of factors.This article through the author for library work of cognitive puts forward the following Suggestions.
