自杀可能性量表在大学新生心理普查中的应用

摘　　要：目的将自杀可能性量表应用于大学新生心理普查。方法使用自杀可能性量表对某高校6181名大学新生进行测试。结果大学新生自杀可能性的检出率为3.3%;男生SPS总分和绝望感、自杀意念、负性自评、敌意量表的得分均高于女生(t=3.952,P<0.01);文科生在敌意量表上的得分显著高于理科生(t=2.012,P<0.05);专科生SPS总分和绝望感、自杀意念、负性自评、敌意量表的得分均高于本科生(t=4.937,P<0.01)。结论文科生和女生应加强人际交往训练和信任感培养,男生应加强自信心训练;专科生比本科生的心理健康教育任务更重。Objective To use the Suicide Probability Scale in college freshmen.Methods A total of 6181 college freshmen were tested with SPS.Results The suicide probability of college freshmen was 3.3%;Significant differences were found between boys and girls（t=3.952,P0.01）,between students majoring in science and in liberal arts（t=2.012,P0.05）,as well as between the students in undergraduate course and in technological academy（t=4.937,P0.01）.Conclusion The suicide probability in college freshmen is 3.3%;Girls or students majoring liberal arts need the training of interpersonal trust,while boys need self-confidence training;Junior college students need to do more than undergraduate students in the mental health education.
