外剥内扎加柱状缝合术治疗环状混合痔45例疗效观察

摘　　要：为提高治疗环状混合痔的疗效，采用外剥内扎加柱状缝合治疗环联混合痔45例，结果全部治愈，随访8-12个月，无复发，术后无肛门狭窄、大便失禁等并发症和后遗症。结果表明，外剥内扎加柱状缝合治疗环状混合痔具有术后患者疼痛轻、出血少、并发症少、疗效确切等优点。In order to improve thd clinical efficacy of treating circumferential mixed hemorrhoids,external dissection and internal ligation plus pdlar suture were performed on 45 cases with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. The results showed that all patients got cured,and no recurrence, anal stenosis, fecal inconti- nence and other complications or sequelae occurred after a follow-up of 8-12 months. It is concluded that external dissection and internal ligation plue pillar suture owns the merits of less postoperat!ve pain, less bleeding, fewer complications, and certain efficacy advantages, etc.
