哨兵痔修剪倒V形皮瓣移位缝合术治疗Ⅲ期肛裂100例疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察哨兵痔修剪倒V形皮瓣移位缝合术治疗Ⅲ期肛裂的疗效，将230例Ⅲ期肛裂患者按就诊先后顺序随机分为治疗组100例与对照组130例；治疗组采用哨兵痔修剪倒V形皮瓣移位缝合术治疗，对照组采用常规侧位内括约肌切断术治疗。结果显示，治疗组治愈90例，显效9例，无效1例，总有效率为99％；对照组治愈97例，显效20例，无效13例”总有效率为90％；治疗组疗效高于对照组（P〈O．05）。结果表明，哨兵痔修剪倒V形皮瓣移位缝合术治疗Ⅲ期肛裂疗效显著。In order to observe the clinical efficacy of transposition and suture ot lnverteo v-snapeu flap pruned from sentinel pile for anal fissure in stage Ⅲ ,230cases were randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 100）and control group（ n =130） by their visiting sequence. Transposition and suture of inverted V- shaped flap pruned from sentinel pile was given to the treatment group,while conventional lateral internal sphincterotomy to the controls. The results showed thaic 9＇（） cases got cured, 9 obviously improved, 1 with no response the total effective rate was 99% in treatment group 97 cases got cured,20 obviously improved, 13 with no response, the total effective rate was 90% in control group treatment group was superior to control group in clinical efficacy（ P 〈0.05）. It is concluded that transposition and suture of inverted V- shaped flap pruned from sentinel pile is obviously effective for stage Ⅲ anal fissure.
