脂质蓄积指数在成人代谢综合征中诊断价值的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨脂质蓄积指数(LAP)在成人代谢综合征(MS)诊断中的价值。方法:对2 504例健康体检成人进行人体测量和生化检测,根据中国代谢综合征诊断标准,应用受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)分析确定成人MS诊断的最佳LAP切点。结果:无论男性还是女性,MS患病率均随着LAP升高而增加,且LAP与MS组分之间均呈显著相关。ROC分析表明LAP是诊断成人MS的有效指标,当男性LAP≥44.5,女性LAP≥37.7时具有最大敏感性和特异性。结论:LAP可以作为成人MS诊断的可靠指标。Objective ： To explore the ability of lipid accumulation product （LAP） to indentlty metabolic syndrome （MS） in adults. Methods： Two thousand five hundred and four adults taking the healthy check-up were studied on their physical examination and biochemical measurement. MS was diagnosed according to Chinese Diabetes Society in 2004. The best cut-off point of LAP to identify MS was obtained with the receiver-operating characteristic curve （ROC）. Results： MS prevalence in both male and female adults increased gradually with LAP, and LAP was significantly correlated with components of MS. ROC analysis showed that LAP was a significant discriminator for MS in adults, and the optimal cutoff points of LAP to predict MS were 44. 5 in male and 37.7 in female respectively. Conclusions： LAP is an easily obtainable and cheap marker and has a strong and reliable diagnostic accuracy for MS in adults.
