摘  要:目的:初步探讨初治SLE患者生长激素释放肽(Ghrelin)表达水平及其与胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法:选择30例初治SLE患者为观察组,另选择30名健康志愿者为正常对照组。分别检测两组外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)中ghrelin mRNA表达水平和空腹血清ghrelin水平,计算两组胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR),利用Pearson相关系数进行相关分析。结果:SLE组HO-MA-IR明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01);SLE组PBMC ghrelin mRNA表达比正常对照组明显减弱,其血清ghrelin水平亦明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01),且SLE组低水平的ghrelin与HO-MA-IR呈负相关关系(r=-0.60,P<0.01)。结论:SLE患者存在胰岛素抵抗(IR),ghrelin表达水平低下可能与SLE患者IR相关。Objective: To investigate the ghrelin mRNA expression and serum ghrelin in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and its correlation with insulin resistance. Methods: Thirty cases consistent with inclusion criteria of SLE were enrolled into SLE group, with 30 healthy volunteers as the control group. The homeostasis model assessment insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) index, ghrelin mRNA expression in peripheral blood mono- nuclear cells (PBMC), as well as fasting serum ghrelin levels were measured. Pearson correlation coefficient was used for correlation analysis. Results: The HOMA-IR in SLE group was significantly higher than that in control group (P 〈0. 01 ). Meanwhile, both ghrelin mRNA in PBMC and serum ghrelin were significantly impaired in SEE group than those in control group (P 〈0.01 ). In addition, the serum ghrelin was significantly negatively correlated with HOMA-IR in SLE group (r =-0. 60, P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions: The insulin resistance is revealed in patients with SLE, which may be correlated the impaired ghrelin in them.
