摘 要:将高活性的负载型Ir/CNT催化剂应用到乙酰丙酸(LA)加氢制备γ-戊内酯(GVL)反应中,对影响LA加氢的因素进行了讨论,并结合X-射线衍射(XRD)透射电子显微镜(TEM)和X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)对使用前后的Ir/CNT催化剂进行了表征,此外通过程序升温脱附(H_2-TPD)实验对Ir/CNT催化剂的高活性进行了探讨.研究发现使用Ir/CNT催化剂在50℃、2 MPa氢压下反应1 h后可实现LA的完全转化,GVL选择性大于99%.最后通过升高氢气压力可将含有等量甲酸(FA)和LA的模拟生物质水解液高效转化为GVL.Ir/CNT, a catalyst of high-activity, was used for the hydrogenation of levulinic acid (LA) to γ-valerolactone(GVL), and all the factors that affect LA hydrogenation were discussed. The variations of the fresh and used catalysts were characterized by XRD. TEM and XPS. The origin for high activity of Ir/CNT catalyst was investigated through H2 - TPD experiment. It was found that an excellent GVL yield of 99 % has been obtained at 50 ℃ and 2 MPa H2. Finally the simulated biomass-derived substrates containing equimolar amounts of LA and formic acid can be converted into GVL in the presence of Ir/CNT catalyst with enhanced hydrogen pressure.
