摘 要:采用浸渍法制备了新型负载型SbF_3/SBA-15及SbF_3/F-SBA-15非均相催化剂,考察了不同载体、活性组分的负载量等对金刚烷酮Baeyer-Villiger氧化反应的影响,同时对反应条件进行了优化.当反应温度为70℃,反应7 h,反应底物与催化剂最佳摩尔比为1:0.4时,在系列具有不同SbF_3负载量的SbF_3/F-SBA-15催化剂中,10%-SbF_3/F-SBA-15表现出最佳的催化活性.结合XRD以及BET结果,其活性较高的原因主要归因于载体SBA-15中修饰的F离子能够与活性组分SbF_3发生相互作用,从而有效提高10%-SbF_3/F-SBA-15中活性组分与载体的相互作用,进而提高其分散度.A series of SbFa-supported SBA-15 and F-SBA-15 catalysts were synthesized via a traditional impregnation method. The effect of the catalyst support and the loading of active species was investigated in the Baeyer-Villiger oxidation of 2-adamantanone and the reaction conditions were also optimized as: reaction temperature 70 ℃, reaction time 7 h, molar ratio of substrate to catalyst 1 : 0.4. 10%-SbFa/F-SBA-15 showed the best catalytic activity among the series of SbF3/F-SBA-15 catalysts with different SbF3 loadings. According to the XRD and BET results, the high catalytic activity of 10%SbFa/F-SBA-15 could be attributed to the interaction between the modified F- in the F-SBA-15 support and the active Sb species which could improve the dispersion of the active species on the support.
