摘  要:目前工业化的V_2O_5/TiO_2和V_2O_5/WO_3/TiO_2催化剂在300~400℃能净化脱除NO_x,并具有抗SO_2中毒性能,但此类催化剂应用于烟气和柴油车尾气净化仍存在钒的本征毒性和低温活性差等问题.通过改变起始原料的种类,用三种方法探索铁锰催化剂的水热合成,利用X射线衍射(XRD)对催化剂的物相进行表征,并考察了锰铁摩尔比对催化剂NH_3低温选择性催化还原NO活性的影响以及抗H_2O和抗SO_2性能.该催化剂在100~150℃低温段展示较高催化活性.The industrial V2O5/TiO2 and V2O5/WO3/TiO2 catalysts can remove NOr at 300 400 ℃ and are tolerant to SO2 poisoning, but these catalysts face some problems such as intrinsic toxicity of vanadium, and low catalytic activity at low temperature. Three methods, with varied compositions of starting materials, were used to explore the hydrothermal synthesis of Fe, Mn-based catalysts. These catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The effect of Mn/Fe molar ratio on the catalytic activity in NH3-SCR of NO was studied, and the H2O- and SO2-tolerant behaviors were also studied. The catalyst showed good catalytic activity in the low- temperature region of 100--150 ℃.
