摘　　要：分布式多媒体系统的核心问题是多媒体流的服务质量(QoS)保证,越来越多的系统通过QoS管理来实现多媒体服务的QoS保证,国际上不同组织和团体提出不同的管理机制和策略,比较著名的有:1)IETF提出的Internet综合业务模型(IIS),定义了实现应用的QoS保证的结构,关键研究工作是资源预留协议和IIS模型在网络层次之间的QoS映射;2)Dynamic QoS management becomes more and more important because of the rapid development of multimedia techniques in internet and wireless network. In this paper,we try to use the global viewpoint to build a theoretical model that calls continuous media action. Basing on this model,the influence of fluctuation of network parameters on continuous media action is analyzed,and some important conclusion is given. Then dynamic QoS management strategies which satisfy the environment of internet and wireless network are offered. After all,the management strategies and this distributed multimedia system through a serial of test are confirmed.
