摘  要:以绿色产绿链霉菌(Streptomyces viridochromogenes NRRL2860)为出发菌株,采用紫外—氯化锂、微波—吖啶橙两轮复合诱变,结合氯化钙、阿维拉霉素、链霉素多重抗性筛选,获得一种遗传稳定的高产菌株MY-20.摇瓶发酵结果显示,与原始出发菌相比,菌株MY-20表现出高产菌株的生长代谢特性,168h阿维拉霉素A和B组分产量达到0.95g/L和4.62g/L,分别比出发菌提高了428%和237%.Double compound mutagenesis with ultraviolet-LiC1 and microwave-acridine orange was made, with Streptomyces viridochrornogenes NRRL2860 as the original strain, so as to screen high-yield avila- mycin-producing strains. CaC12, avilamycin, and streptomycin were used in multiple resistance screening. As a result, a high-yield strain, MY-20, was successfully screened out. Compared with the original strain, MY-20 showed better fermentation properties in the shake flask experiment. Its maximal production of avilamycin A and B reached 0.95 and 4.62 g/L at 168 h, which was 428% and 237% higher than that of the original strain, respectively.
