摘　　要：电子商务安全认证系统在认证身份、保证数据的完整性、真实性的基础上，必须进一步确认“发端人”发出、“收件人”接收的时间，以防止时间性抵赖。文章提出一种加入时间量的安全认证体系，讨论了新出现的问题，并提出了解决的方法。The security certfifcation system of electronic commerce,apart from taking an identity certification and ensur ing the integrity and authenticity of data,should ascertain the time when the originator sends message and the time at which the addressee receives it,in order to avoid deny relevant to time. This paper Puts forward a kind of security cer tification arehitecture including time character,discusses the new problems about time,and gives a solution towards them.
