摘  要:提出一种用透射波半高度法测量裂纹高度的方法,介绍测量方法的原理和计算公式,采用测量线切割槽高度的实验,用聚焦探头代替普通斜探头用于发射,以此来减小测量误差和降低测量范围下限。实验结果表明,该方法适用范围是裂纹高度≥3mm,3~30mm深的线切割槽的槽深测量准确,测量误差<1mm。A method is presented for measuring crack heights with the half-height of transmitted waves in this paper.Its principle and equations are described here.The experiment of height measurements about electrical discharge slot is also illustrated.The measurement results show that the method is effective for measuring cracks whose heights more than or equal to 3 mm and the errors of the height measurements on the electrical discharge slots of heights in the range from 3 mm to 30 mm are less than 1mm.It is pointed out that if a focused probe is used as transmitter instead of the unfocused one,the errors and the low limit of the height measurements will be greatly lowered.
