摘  要:以甲基橙溶液模拟废水为研究对象,采用自制复频超声波污水处理装置,研究复频超声、氯盐对甲基橙脱色率及COD去除率的影响,改变超声频率、功率、作用时间及甲基橙初始含量、氯盐种类、投入量,用分光光度法检测,考察对脱色率的影响。结果表明,频率越高、复频范围越宽,脱色率、COD去除率越高;加入氯盐后影响显著,脱色率、去除率可达95%以上。采用复频超声并添加CaCl2处理甲基橙模拟废水的效果最佳。In this paper, the effects of multi-frequency ultrasonic and chlorine-salt on decolorization rate and COD removal efficiency of methyl orange were studied. The effects on decolorization rate by using self-made sewage treatment device with multi-frequency ultrasonic, changing ultrasonic frequency, power, reaction time and the original concentration of methyl orange, chlorine-salt type and adding amounts, and using spectrophotometric detection were analyzed. The results showed that: the higher the frequency, the wider frequency range, the decolorization rate and COD removal efficiency were higher; the effect of chlorine-salt was remarkable, and the decolorization rate and removal efficiency were above 95%. Under multi-frequency ultrasonic, the impact of CaCI2 was the greatest.
