摘　　要：随着 Internet/ Intranet的发展和各种数据采集手段的完善 ,企业的信息系统汇集的大量生产实时数据 .为满足生产调度的需要 ,这些数据需实时发布到 Internet/ Intranet上 ,但是传统的 Client/ Server模式由于其自身的局限 ,已不再能满足这种信息需要 .本文根据在东北电网完成的“基于 Web浏览器的实时工况显示系统”的工程实践 ,提出一种基于 Java语言的 Browser/ Web Server/ Database的三层次数据发布的应用方法 .As the Internet/Intranet Technology and the technology of Data Acquisition improving, Enterprise Information system collect a great deal of real time date. For meeting the demand of Produce Dispatching ,These data need a publishing technology which can real time publishs these data to Internet/Intranet, But the traditional Client/Server Mode software hasn't met the demand. This paper puts forward a new mode that is a Browser/Web Server/DB Server Tri Layer Mode performed by Java , based on the project 'the Real time Worksation Monitoring System for Northeast Power Group
