摘 要:近几年,国内外很多研究者在有关中小学生的成长情况和教育环境的调查研究中发现,男女生学业上的"阴盛阳衰"似乎已成为普遍现象,意即中小学男女生在智力结构、个性特点、业余爱好和发展潜能等方面具有明显差异。通过对上海7所学校1500个中小学生的问卷调查,并结合个案访谈,可以发现男生弱化问题确实存在,主要表现在学业危机、社会适应能力危机、责任感缺失以及男子气概不足等方面。我们必须正视这种状况,通过改变"唯分数论"的应试教育模式,重视学生综合素质的培养;探索根据性别差异进行分班教学的可行性;家庭教育、社会教育与学校教育要形成合力,共同化解"男生危机"。In recent years, according to many studies on growth and educational environment of primary and secondary school students, researchers at home and abroad found that boy' s inferiority in academic achievements seems to have become a common phenomenon. It means there' s significant difference between boys and girls in the structure of intelligence, personality characteristics, hobby and development potential. This article employs the questionnaire as major research method, combined with case interviews. As a result of questionnaire survey for 1500 students from 7 schools of Shanghai, we consider that boy' s inferiority mainly display in academic crisis, the social adaptability crisis, the lack of accountability and lack of manhood, etc. We should pay attention to this situation and take measures such as changing from the exam - oriented education to quality education, trying out male and female split- class teaching based on the gender- related differences and combining family education, social education and school education to jointly deal with the "boy crisis".
