摘　　要：本文讨论了在 L inux操作系统下基于 SNMP协议的网络计费管理系统的实现方法 .利用 SNMP实现了网络流量数据的采集 ,通过 Cisco路由器的远程访问控制系统 (XTACACS)记录拨号上网用户的连接时间和端口号 .采用面向对象的关系数据库管理系统 Postgres SQL语言 ,设计了网络计费信息的处理、查询和管理等功能 .This paper discusses a method to realize the network a cc ounting management system on the base of SNMP in the Linux operating system. SNM P is used to gather the flux data on the network, and the dial-up user's connec ting time together with its port number are also recorded through the remote vis iting control system of Cisco Router (XTACACS). By the use of object oriented RD BMS Postgres SQL, we designed in the system the functions about the treatment, i nquiry and management of the accounting information on the network, and have rea lized the possibility of network accounting management system at low cost.
