隔离器负载用吸波材料的热压工艺及其性能

摘  要:采用热压成型工艺,以环氧树脂为基体、羰基铁粉为吸收剂制备复合微波吸收材料。对获得的羰基铁粉/环氧树脂复合吸收体的微观结构、电磁性能及微波吸收性能进行了表征和测试,并研究了该材料在隔离器中的应用性能。结果表明,调节吸收剂含量及成型压力可以制备出结构致密、吸收损耗大的微波吸收体。其中在30MPa压力下成型,羰基铁粉体积分数为65%的吸收体在8~12GHz内的吸收损耗为7.8~8.9dB/mm。隔离器负载中使用该材料,器件电压驻波比≤1.2时,隔离度≥20dB,相对带宽达20%。The microwave absorbing composites with epoxy resin as matrix and carbonyl iron (CI) power as absorber were prepared by hot pressing process. The microstructure, electromagnetic characteristics and absorbing properties of prepared composite were measured, and the properties of isolator fabricated with this composite were studied. The results show that the microwave absorbing composites with high density and absorption loss can be obtained by choosing appropriate content of absorber under an optimum pressure. The absorption loss of the composites with 65vol % of CI molded under 30MPa was 7.8-8.9dB/mm in the frequency range of 8- 12OH2. When the voltage standing wave ratio was less than 1.2, for the isolator with the prepared composite as load, the isolation is not less than 20dB accompanied with a relative bandwidth of 25%.
