丙戊酸镁缓释片对精神分裂症兴奋状态的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨丙戊酸镁缓释片联合抗精神病药治疗精神分裂症兴奋状态的疗效及安全性。方法将64例有兴奋状态的精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,丙戊酸镁缓释片联合抗精神病药组(合用组)32例,单用抗精神病药组(单用组)32例治疗4周。采用简明精神病量表(BPRS)和副反应量表(TESS)评定。结果治疗4周后合用组较单用组的BPRS评分显著降低(t=6.00,P<0.01),治疗显著而快,不良反应少(t=2.80,P<0.01)。结论丙戊酸镁缓释片联合抗精神病药治疗精神分裂症兴奋状态起效快,疗效好。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and safety of magnesium valproate sustained release tablets and antipsychotic drug in treating schizophrenia patients with excitement.Methods A total of 64 schizophrenia patients with excitement were randomly divided into two groups.Thirty two cases were in the group of magnesium valproate sustained release tablets and antipsychotic drug（joint treatment group）and 32 cases were in the group of single antipsychotic drug（single drug group）.Brief psychiatric rating scale（BPRS）and treatment emergent symptom scale（TESS）were used to discuss treatment effect and adverse reaction of 4 weeks.Results The score of BPRS of joint treatment group was significantly lower than that of single drug group after 4 week treatment（t=6.00,P0.01）.Treatment effect was significant and rapid in joint treatment group with less side effects（t=2.80,P0.01）.Conclusion It is rapid and effective for magnesium valproate sustained release tablets and antipsychotic drug in treating schizophrenic patients with excitement.
