心理干预对产后妇女心理状况的影响

摘　　要：目的探究心理干预对产后妇女心理状况的影响。方法选取妇产科产妇212例,随机分为观察组和对照组各106例。观察组在刚住院时进行1次心理干预,生完孩子第三天干预1次,包括心理宣教引导和行为训练;产妇出院后,心理咨询师通过电话和上门2种方式进行干预,2周1次,共进行2次。对照组不做干预。两组产后1个月后均采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对所有产妇进行心理测评。结果①产妇普遍存在躯体化,强迫,人际关系敏感,抑郁,焦虑,偏执等心理问题,其心理健康水平显著低于中国青年常模(t=2.73,4.13,2.73,2.22;P<0.01)结论采用心理干预方法能显著减少产妇不良情绪的发生,提高产妇对新角色的适应能力。Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention on pregnant women＇ psychological states.Methods A total of 212 pregnant women were selected in the study.They were divided into observation group with 106 individuals and control group with 106 individuals randomly.The observation group had been instructed mental health care education before giving birth to the child and three days after giving birth to the child including psychological guide and proper behavior training every week.The well-trained counselors arrived at pregnant women＇s home and phoned them to make a series of psychological intervention after pregnant women left hospital during one month.Meanwhile,the control group had a normal lifestyle.We adopted self-evaluation of symptoms scale（SCL-90）to estimate those pregnant women after one month.Results ①The pregnant women were commonly suffered from a series of mental disorder such as depression,anxiety,interpersonal sensitivity relationship etc.Their mental health level was significantly lower than the average young norm（t=2.73,4.13,2.73,2.22;P0.01）.②The psychological intervention could promote pregnant women＇ mental health to adjust new role.Conclusion The method of psychological intervention can reduce pregnant women＇ unhealthy emotion,and encourage them choosing a brand-new role of life.
