新兵人性的复杂性影响因子的路径分析

摘　　要：目的探讨个性、生活事件、心理健康对新兵人性的复杂性的影响模式,为其心理健康教育及心理咨询与治疗提供理论依据。方法采用人性的哲学修订量表中的人性的复杂性分量表、卡特尔16种人格因素问卷、症状自评量表、生活事件量表对562名新兵进行心理测评。统计处理采用秩变换单因素方差分析、Spearman相关分析及Amos路径分析。结果新兵人性的复杂性正性与个性因素(r=0.11～0.18,P<0.01)相关显著;Amos路径分析显示稳定性对新兵个性的贡献最大(β=0.74,P<0.01);个性对新兵人性复杂性正性的直接效应(β=-0.27,P<0.001)显著,其在心理健康、人性复杂性正性之间存在显著的间接调节效应(β=0.13,P<0.01)。结论新兵人性的复杂性的认识受个性影响最大。Objective To explore the influential model of psychosocial factors to recruits＇ complexity of human nature,then provide scientific data for psychological counseling and psychotherapy.Methods A total of 562 recruits were evaluated on complexity of human nature scale of Human Nature（CHN）,16PF,Life Event Scale（LES）and Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90）.Such analysis as rank transform one factor ANOVA,spearman correlation and Amos pathway were implemented.Results Recruits＇ positive items of complexity of human nature were significantly correlated with 16PF（r=0.11～0.18,P0.01）;Pathway analysis of Amos showed that N was the most significant factor to personality of recruits（β=0.74,P0.001）,personality made the important effects to recruits＇ positive item of complexity of human nature（β=0.27,P0.001） and the indirect effects of it between mental health and positive item of complexity of human nature were significant（β=0.13,P0.01）.Conclusion Personality has very important role in the effect model of recruits＇ complexity of human nature.
