进疆野战部队新兵适应不良影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查了解进疆野战部队新兵适应不良的影响因素,为新兵心理健康教育提供理论依据。方法对2012年度288名进疆野战部队新兵新训第一周用军人适应不良自评量表进行测评。结果①新兵适应不良各因子分显著高于全军士兵常模(t=8.517,P<0.01);城市新兵情绪障碍得分显著低于农村新兵(t=-3.409,P<0.01);独生子女适应不良总分显著高于非独生子女新兵(t=-6.053,P<0.01);在适应不良总分上有工作经历新兵显著高于无工作经历新兵(t=-5.516,P<0.01);②≥21岁新兵各个因子得分显著低于其他年龄段;大专以上新兵在不同文化程度中得分最低。结论进疆野战部队新兵心理适应能力低于全军士兵水平,城市、非独生子女、有工作经历、文化程度高、年龄较大新兵有较好的环境适应能力。Objective To investigate the influencing factors of mental maladjustment in field army recruits into Xinjiang,and provide a scientific basis for implementing of mental health education of recruits.Methods Assessments were carried out with Military Adaptation Scale（MMQ）in 288 recruits in field army recruits into Xinjiang in the first week during new trainning.Results ①The total scores and the majority of factor scores of MMQ in recruits during new-training were significantly higher than the Chinese soldiers norm（P0.01）;The score of emotional disorders in city recruits was significantly lower than rural recruits（P0.01）;The total score of MMQ in only child recruits was significantly higher than that in non-only child recruits（P0.01）;The total score of MMQ in experienced recruits was significantly higher than that in non-experienced recruits（P0.01）;②Each factor score of ≥ 21-year-old recruits was significantly lower than other age groups;The score of the college recruits was lowest in different cultural levels.Conclusion The psychological adaptability in field army recruits into Xinjiang is significantly lower than that of Chinese soldiers,urban,non-only child,work experience,high levels of education,older recruits have a better ability to adapt the environment.
