摘 要:以维生素B2作为荧光探针,基于荧光猝灭法对叶酸进行了定量检测,考察了维生素B2浓度、激发波长、反应时间等多种因素的影响。实验结果表明,在水溶液中,反应时间为8 min,叶酸浓度在1.5×10-6~1.0×10-5mol/L范围内,其线性回归方程为F0/F=0.6838+0.214 c(×10-6mol/L),相关系数和检测限分别为0.9988和6.7×10-7mol/L。By using vitamin B2 as a fluorescent(PL) probe,folic acid was quantitatively detected based on PL quenching vitamin B2.The influences of concentration of vitamin B2 and the excitation wavelength,incubation time were investigated and optimized in view of their influence on the FL behavior.The results indicated that in water and 8 min of incubation,the emission intensity of vitamin B2 and the concentration of folic acid follow the Sterm-Volmer equation in the range of 1.5×10-6~1.0×10-5 mol/L.The obtained linear fitting equation is: F0 /F = 0.6838 + 0.214c(×10-6mol/L) with the correlation coefficient of 0.9988.The detection limit is 6.7×10-7 mol/L.The results in this work indicate that vitamin B2 can act as a new luminescent probe for detecting folic acid with an extremely high sensitivity.
