摘　　要：目的:研究腹腔镜胆囊切除术中参附注射液对患者应激反应的影响。方法:选择美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)Ⅰ～Ⅱ级择期行腹腔镜胆囊切除手术的患者40例,随机分成2组,每组各20例。麻醉维持分别采用参附注射液加丙泊酚全凭静脉麻醉(A组)和单纯丙泊酚全凭静脉麻醉(B组)。麻醉中监测2组患者的血压和心率,并分别于麻醉诱导前(T1)、气管插管前1min(T2)、气管插管后1min(T3)、切皮后1min(T4)、手术探查(T5)、手术结束(T6)采血测定血浆皮质醇(Cor)、血糖(BG)和IL-6水平。结果:B组T2、T3和T5点平均动脉压低于A组(P<0.05)。血浆Cor、BG变化,B组T4和T5时点显著高于A组(P<0.05)。血清IL-6变化,B组T5时点显著高于A组(P<0.05)。结论:参附注射液能减少腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者机体应激反应。Objective To investigate effects of Shenfu injections on stress response in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy （LC）. Methods Forty ASA Ⅰ to Ⅱ patients undergoing elective LC were randomly divided into two groups, 20 for each group. Group A received Shenfu injections before total intravenous anesthesia with propofol, while group B received total intravenous anesthesia with propofol alone. Blood pressure and heart rate were measured during anesthesia. Venous samples were collected to detect serum cortisol （Cor） level and levels of blood glucose （BG） and IL-6 before anesthesia （T1）, 1 rain before intubation （T2）, 1 min after intubation （T3）, 1 min after skin incision （T4）, during surgical exploration （T5）, and at the end of surgery （T6）. Results Group A was superior to group B in blood pressure stability. Stress response in patients was milder in group A than in group B. Conclusions Shenfu injections can reduce stress response in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
