摘　　要：结合协同学理论,针对泉州制造业的情况,分析制造业转型升级中存在的影响因素;根据环境(硬、软)、行业协会、政府为影响制造业转型升级的控制参量,企业、产业及产业链协同等为影响制造业转型升级的序参量,研究制造业转型升级的协同机理;并提出促进泉州制造业转型升级的对策。Manufacturing industry is an important foundation of national economy system and the main force of the development of national economy, and its development is a long - term, worldwide problem. With synergetic theory, the article discusses the situation of transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in Quanzhou, and analyses its effect factors. Government, guild, soft and hard environments are regarded as control parameters, and enterprise, industrial synergy and industrial chain synergy are regarded as order parameters that effect the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry. Then the synergetic mechanism of transformation and upgrading is researched. Finally the countermeasures to promote transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in Quanzhou are discussed.
