摘　　要：通常认为结构物的耐久性不足是施工操作不当的责任。然而现代混凝土结构过早劣化的事实说明人们没有对混凝土技术中控制开裂的基本原理给予足够的重视。为了建设在环境中可持久的结构,必须变革我们的建造实践。In most cases, it was the construction practice that turned out to be the culprit. The epidemic of deterioration prematurely in modern concrete structures shows that adequate attention is not being paid to the fundamental principles of concrete technology governing cracking. To build environmentally sustainable concrete structure ,the transition can be achieved by major shifts in construction practice.
