摘　　要：采用双掺法的设计思路,通过正交试验研究配制出高性能自密实混凝土,以此满足钢管柱对混凝土性能的要求,并设计出泵送顶升浇筑法施工工艺,解决钢管混凝土柱的施工难题。介绍了双掺法技术的原理及优势,混凝土试配材料的选用及配合比设计,得出自密实混凝土施工工艺及注意事项,开拓了自密实混凝土配制的新思路。Adopting the idea of double admixture method, high performance self-compacting concrete were produced from the orthogonal experiment. The concrete can satisfy the performance requirement of concrete filled steel tube column. Pumping and lifting pouring method was also developed to solve the construction difficulties of concrete filled steel tube columns. This paper introduced the theory and advantages of double admixture method, selection of concrete materials, and design of mix proportions. The construction methods are summarized for self-compacting concrete made from-double admixture method as well as key points for attention. The double mixture method created a new idea of producing self-compacting concrete.
