摘 要:全面介绍了瑞士Les Toules拱坝的加固情况。该拱坝为高86m的双曲拱坝,拱坝体形较一般拱坝更为修长。自1964年大坝首次蓄水以来,通过连续监测和观测,发现了一些大坝在长期运行过程中的问题。2003年,负责瑞士大坝安全的瑞士联邦能源办公室(SFOE)出台了抗震相关规范的升级本,要求大坝的业主重新对结构的安全性进行评估。在这种情况下,启动了Les Toules拱坝的加固项目,开展了对老坝结构和运行性状的综合研究。经过对老坝的静力和动力分析,对各种加固方案进行比选,最终的解决方案为在下游处对坝肩进行一种独特的加固、将悬臂梁超负荷的荷载转移到加厚的拱上、在垂直缝上设置剪力键、局部地基处理和其他一些辅助的修复工程。The paper addresses the strengthening of Les Toules Arch Dam, which is a 86 meter high double curvature arch dam located in Switzerland. The arch darfr takes a much slenderer shape than common dams. Since its first impounding in 1964, coritinuous monitoring and observations revealed some problems relevant to long-term behavior. In 2003, seismic regulations and recommendations were upgraded by the Swiss Federal Office of Energy (SFOE). And the dam owner was required to reassess the safety of the structure. In this context, safety enhancement and strengthening of the Les Toules arch dam kicked off and comprehensive studies were performed regarding the structure of this old dam and its behavior in normal operation. After static and dynamic analysis of the dam, several strengthening schemes were compared and the final solution included a unique strengthening to the abutment in the downstream, transfer of the load from over-loaded cantilevers to the thickened arch, set of shear keys in the vertical joints, local foundation treatment, and some other secondary rehabilitation works.
