摘 要:建立了溴化十六烷基咪唑盐(C16minBr)作为新型光度增敏剂测定中草药中钼(Ⅵ)的含量。在0.5 mol·L-1盐酸溶液中,离子液体C16minBr对Mo(VI)-水杨基荧光酮体系具有增敏作用,钼浓度在0.01~0.50μg·ml-1范围内符合朗伯比尔定律,线性回归方程为A=0.124 2C(μg·ml-1)+0.019 78,线性相关系数为0.999 1,表观摩尔吸光系数ε525=1.242×105L·mol-1·cm-1。将该法用于中草药中微量钼的测定,回收率在97%~109%范围内。A new ionic liquid sensitized sepctrophotometic method was proposed on the base of the Mo(VI) - Salicyl fluorone (SAF) - 1 - hexadecyl - 3 - methylimidazolium bromide ( C16 minBr) system. In the presence of 0.5 mol· L^- 1 hydrochloric acid solution, the color reaction of Mo (VI) with Salicyl fluorone (SAF) could be sensitized by adding the ionic liquid of C16 minBr. In the range of 0.01 -0.50 μg · ml-1 of Mo the linear regression equation was A =0. 1242C( μg · ml^-1 ) +0. 01978 with correla- tion coefficient of 0. 9991. The apparent molar absorption coefficient of the complex was 1. 242 × 10^5 L·mol^ -1 . cm^-1. This developed method was used for the determination of Chinese traditional herbal drugs and the result consistent with those from graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The recovery rates in the sample were in the range of 97% - 109%.
