摘　　要：目的观察灯盏乙素对小鼠的急性毒性,评价其安全性,为新药研发和临床用药提供理论依据。方法采用急性毒性实验方法,以一次大剂量给小鼠灌胃灯盏乙素,连续观察小鼠行为活动等指标和毒性反应程度,并在实验结束时处死小白鼠进行剖检,以获得灯盏乙素初步毒性资料。结果实验连续观察14 d,小鼠无明显行为异常,也未出现死亡,求不出LD50。结论实验设定的最高剂量800 mg/kg及其以下剂量对小白鼠均无明显毒性作用,提示在临床和药理实验上应用灯盏乙素是安全的。Objective To investigate the acute toxicity of scutellarin in mice and to evaluate its safety. Methods Sixty mature healthy mice were randomly divided into 6 groups. After scutcllarin was administered gastrically for 14 days, a series of indexes ： symptom, sign, diet, and excrement of the mice were observed. All mice were put to death at the end of experiment and abnormalities were examined. Results Scutellarin with the largest dose （ 800 rag/kg） and below the dose had no obvious toxic response to the mouse. Conclusion Scutellarin is safe in clinical application and pharmacological study test.
