摘  要:目的优化桑白皮中东莨菪内酯的提取工艺。方法以东莨菪内酯提取率为指标,采用正交实验法,考察乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、浸泡时间、超声时间对指标的影响。运用高效液相色谱法,测定东莨菪内酯含量,流动相甲醇-0.2%冰醋酸水溶液(23∶77)。结果桑白皮东莨菪内酯最佳提取工艺为25倍药材量的30%乙醇浸渍18 h,超声提取45 min。结论工艺设计合理、结果可靠,为桑白皮质量控制方法研究提供了理论依据。Objective To optimize the extracting technology of Scopoletin from Moil Cortex. Methods Studied the effective factors including different concentrations of alcohol, the amount of alcohol of the suitable concentration, the dipping time and with orthogonal test of L9 (34) , taking the extraction rate of Scopoletin determined by HPLC as index. Results The optimal extraction technology was used to extract Scopoletin from Mori Cortex with 30% alcohol of 25 times the amount of medicinal material, dipping 18 hours and extracting 45 minutes. Conclusion The optimal extracting technology of optimization of Scopoletin from Mori Cortex is stable, reasonable and feasible, which can provide the theoretical basis for research of methods of Mori Cortex quality control.
