摘 要:目的建立干姜及其不同炮制品的紫外光谱鉴别方法。方法利用紫外谱线组法对干姜和姜炭不同炮制程度及其不同极性部位的紫外谱线图谱进行研究,采用紫外谱线组的吸收峰数及峰位置对其结构特征进行分析鉴别。结果干姜及其炮制品的紫外谱线组的吸收峰、峰位及吸收度具有明显差异。结论紫外谱线组法简便、准确、灵敏,可用于鉴别区分干姜及其炮制品。Objective To establish a method for distinguishing Ginger and ginger carbon by ultraviolet spectra lines group. Methods To study the UV spectrum patterns including Ginger, different polar fractions and different degrees of ginger carbon by UV spectral Lines group, distinguish and identify the difference between its' peak position and peak number in ultraviolet spectrum patterns. Results The UV spectrum of Ginger and its different processed products showed obviously different maximum absorption peaks both in number and intensity. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and sensitive, and can be used to distinguish and identify Ginger and its different processed products.
