摘  要:目的探明适宜何首乌生长的最佳灌溉量和施肥量,以确定何首乌生长发育最适宜的水肥水平。方法采用L9(34)正交试验设计,测定不同氮、磷、钾和土壤持水量对何首乌叶片中游离脯氨酸含量、硝态氮含量、硝酸还原酶活性和可溶性蛋白的效应。结果何首乌较优水平组合为:氮素施用量为0~2.32g/盆,P2O5施用量为4.32g/盆,K2O施用量为6.00g/盆,土壤持水量为65%~85%。结论适量施用氮肥,多施磷钾肥,保持较为湿润的土壤环境有利于何首乌生长发育。Objective To clarify the optimal irrigating and fertilizing condition for the growth of Polygonmu multiflorum Thunb. Methods Using the orthogonal design (L934), under different treatments of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and different soil water retaining capacity,determining the concentration of free proline, nitrate nitrogen, soluble protein and nitrate reductase activity in leaves. Results The optimized combination of irrigating and fertilizing condition for Polygomum multiflorum Thunb growth was : ni- trogen 0 ~ 2.32g/pot, P205 4.32g/pot, K20 6.00G/pot, soilwater retaining capactity 65 % - 80%. Conclusion Appropriate application of nitrogen fertilizer, more phosphorus, potassium and keeping relatively moist soil environment, are conducive to the growth of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.
