基于关联规则的当代银屑病医案药-症数据挖掘分析

摘　　要：目的探讨当代中医治疗银屑病的诊治规律。方法收集80篇医案,使用ACCESS建立包含病名、四诊信息、病机、方药等为字段名的数据库,共收入129条有效记录,涉及197味中药。采用关联规则与频数分析方法进行统计。数据分析在SPSS Clementine12.0统计软件上进行。结果中药与中药、四诊信息与中药、病机与中药之间发现一些对应规律。结论数据挖掘所得到的信息符合银屑病从血论治的规律及血热、瘀毒、血虚等常见证型的用药规则,可为中医临床医生的诊疗提供理论依据。Objective To explore the Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment principle of psoriasis treated by the contemporary veteran Chinese medical doctors. Methods 80 Chinese medical records were collected. ACCESS was used to establish the data- base which contained the fields of names of disease , four diagnostic information , pathogenesis , Chinese Medicine. 129 records in- volving 197 herbs were chosen. The methods of association rules and frequency analysis were used to analyze the data by the soft- ware of SPSS Clementinel2.0. Results There were consistent rules between medicine and medicine , the four diagnostic methods and medicine ,pathogenesis and medicine. Conclusion The information from the data mining is in conformity with the treatment principle of blood of psoriasis and medication rules of common syndromes such as the blood heat, ecchymosis , blood deficiency, which can provide a theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of TCM clinicians.
