中国劳动力转移影响经济增长质量的实证分析

摘　　要：经济增长质量指标体系可以从经济增长方式质量、经济增长过程质量和经济增长结果质量三个方面进行构建,利用中国1978—2010年的相关数据,运用向量自回归(VAR)模型就劳动力转移对经济增长质量三个方面的影响进行实证分析。研究发现,劳动力转移与经济增长方式质量及经济增长稳定性不存在长期稳定关系,但会增强经济增长协调性和经济增长结果质量,降低经济增长持续性。随着时间推移劳动力转移对提升经济增长协调性和降低经济增长持续性的作用会越来越大,而对增强经济增长结果质量的作用会越来越小。Economic growth quality indicator system is composed by three parts： economic growth mode quality, economic growth process quality, economic growth result quality. This paper researches on the effects of labor transfer on economic growth quality throughout the data from 1978 to 2010 in China hy VAR model. It shows that the responses of economic growth coordination and economic growth result quality to labor transfer shocks are positive, while it is a negative effect on economic growth persistence. The responses of economic growth coordination and economic growth persistence to labor transfer shocks will be stronger and stronger, and it will be weaker and weaker along with time passing.
