摘　　要：魏晋十六国北朝时期,北方民族南下西迁,中原尤其是关中世族、百姓避地河西,使历史上落后的河西地区人口陡增,而作为周秦汉代中原王朝政治、经济、文化核心区的关中一带,则是人口凋残,百不存一。这一局面直到隋朝统一南北后才出现了转机。In the Northern Dynasties,the south of the northern nation moved westward,the Central Plains off in the Aristocra- cy,people avoid the Hexi the population increased sharply, so that the history behind the Hexi region,as in the vicinity of the Qin and Han on behalf of the Central Plains of political, economic, cultural core area of the relationship,the population fades, one hundred do not save a.
