试论保持党的纯洁性

摘　　要：保持无产阶级政党的纯洁性是马克思主义的基本传统,是无产阶级政党区别其他政党的基本标志。保持中国共产党的纯洁性是由党的性质和宗旨所决定的,是保持和发展党的先进性的重要基础和必然要求。党的纯洁性基本内涵主要表现在思想、政治、组织和作风等四个方面。保持党的纯洁性要坚持宪法原则不动摇、党内民主集中制原则不动摇、利益原则不动摇。机制建设是保持党的纯洁性的关键,其中,制度建设是根本,监督是关键,纪律是重要保证,只有把握机制建设这个根本,党的纯洁性才能得到保证。To maintain CPC＇s purity is a basic Marxist doctrine and an essential marker distinguishing the proletarian party from other parties. It is held that maintaining CPC＇s purity is decided by the party＇s na- ture and its purposes. It is also an important foundation of and a necessary request for sustaining and de- veloping the party＇s advanced nature. The core tenet of CPC^s purity is represented in its ideology, poli- tics, organization and styles. It is stated that to maintain CPC＇s purity is to adhere to the basic principles, namely, the constitutional principle, the principle of democratic centralism within the party and the inter- est principle. Mechanism construction is the key to the maintaining of CPC^s purity. Among the three fac- tors, system construction is the root supervision construction is the key and the discipline construction is the guarantee. Only by sticking to the mechanism construction can CPC^s purity be guaranteed.
