摘　　要：阐述了数字化管理在物流行业管理中应用的重要意义,并对做好物流数字化的整体规划作了具体分析,指出规划的系统性、有效性和便捷高效性,提出注意物流企业数字化管理创新,以期为物流企业实现数字化管理提供参考。In this paper, we introduced the significance of digital management in the logistics industry, analyzed specifically the overall planning of the digitalization of logistics, pointed out the systematicness, effectiveness and convenience of the planning and proposed that we should pay attention to the innovation of the digital management of the logistics enterprises.
