摘  要:A字架物流拣货设备是一种新型的自动化拣货设备,它的出现克服了目前多品种、少批量的商品拣货效率低,成本高,易出错等缺陷。通过对A字架物流拣货设备工艺流程和控制要求的分析,首先确定并采用了上位机、中位机、下位机的三层构造作为该控制系统的总体网络结构;然后,选用可编程序控制器PLC作为总体网络结构第三层的控制系统方案;最后,根据所需输入、输出设备估算出PLC的容量,并据此选出PLC的主控模块和I/O扩展模块,最终确定了PLC的设备配置。该设备能够较好地节约拣货时间,降低物流企业成本,具有重要的研究价值。A-Frame logistics picking equipment is a new kind of automatic picking equipment. It is generally used to overcome the shortcomings of the goods of various kinds and in large quantity, such as low picking efficiency, high cost, easy mistakes and so on. Through an analysis of the process and the requirements for the control of the picking equipment, we used the three-tier structure composed of the upper computer, the median computer, lower computer's, as the overall network structure of the picking equipment; then we selected the PLC as control system program of the overall network structure: and finally, according to the input and output devices, we estimated the capacity, main con trol mcdule and I/O expansion modules of PLC and determined the device configuration of PLC. The equipment could effectively cut short the picking time and reduce costs.
