摘　　要：民俗旅游以其深刻的文化内涵,成为一种对游客有强烈吸引力的、具有明显文化特色的文化旅游资源。作为一种高层次的文化旅游,民俗旅游业已成为当代旅游发展的一大趋势。回族的风俗文化深受伊斯兰教的影响,具有极为典型的伊斯兰文化特征,作为旅游资源具有很强的吸引力,其开发潜力巨大。在回族民俗文化旅游资源开发过程中,必须对内容进行精选。一是要重视回族民俗文化旅游资源与其他民族民俗文化旅游资源的差异性,突出其独特的民族文化特征,增强回族民俗文化旅游的吸引力。二是充分体现并尊重回族的民俗习惯,防止将回族民俗文化庸俗化、伤害回族民族情感的猎奇行为。三是注重回族民俗文化内涵的挖掘,增强回族民俗旅游文化的丰富内涵和民族文化特色。回族民俗文化旅游资源开发的关键是寻找回族民俗文化与文化旅游的契合点,重点围绕回族清真饮食、回族节庆、回族服饰、回族艺术、回族民俗观赏等方面内容来进行。Folk -custom tourism, which conveys profound cultural connotations, is becoming a special cultural tourism resource and full of attractions to tourists. It is also a kind of cultural tourism with high level and it has become a trend in tourism industry nowadays. Hui people＇ s customs are strongly influenced by Islam and full of typical Islamic cultural characteristics. Therefore, as a kind of tourism resources, it has strong attractions and great potentials for development. In the process of exploitation, Hui people＇ s folk culture tourism resources should be carefully selected. Firstly, the prominent difference between Hui people＇ s folk culture and other ethnic groups＇ folk culture should be highlighted, and the attractions of Hui people＇ s folk culture should be strengthened. Secondly, Hui people＇ s customs should be fully respected, some special parts of Hui people＇ s folk culture should he selected carefully, and vulgarity and hunting for novelty should be avoided.. Thirdly, the implication of Hui people＇ s folk culture can be further explored, enhancing its contents and characteristics. The key points of exploring Hui people＇ s folk culture tourism resources lies in the combination of Hui people＇ s folk culture with cultural tourism, focusing on Muslim food, Hui people＇s festivals, dress and costume, Hui people＇s art, folk and customs watching and participating, developing tourist commodities, and so on.
